My background in Business Administration from IBA, University of Dhaka gave me a strong foundation for understanding business needs. Having transitioned from a business background, I understand the challenges of navigating technical jargon. My goal is to bridge this gap by delivering insights that are clear, impactful, and easy to understand for everyone.

Armed with an MS in Business Analytics (Data Science concentration) and an Applied Machine Learning Certificate from UT Dallas, along with hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and Tableau, I've tackled a variety of data-driven challenges. In my previous role as an analyst in the FinTech industry, I developed automated dashboards in Tableau, analyzed massive customer datasets (>1.2 million monthly) to drive revenue growth, and implemented strategies to reduce customer churn by 23%.
